Pool Supervisor

Location: Stateline, NV, 89449

• Supervise daily operations of the pool area, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining safety protocols.
• Lead and manage a team of pool attendants, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Maintain the security of the pool area and ensure it is guest-usage only.
• Assist Managers and Ambassadors as needed regarding daily line-up and maintenance of beach areas.
• Monitor pool activities to ensure adherence to safety regulations and respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents.
• Coordinate with the resort's maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of pool facilities, including restrooms and changing areas.
• Schedule pool attendants, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Offer guest amenities upon seating.
• Enforce resort policies and procedures regarding pool usage, including hours of operation, capacity lijmits, and guest conduct.
• Collaborate with the food and beverage team to coordinate poolside service, including delivery and removal of dishes, glassware, and trash.
• Restock towels and placed used towels in appropriate bins.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in hospitality management, recreation, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in first aid, CPR, and AED strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays, as required by seasonal demand.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Basic computer skills. POS skills are a plus
